MAGIC MAT CLASSES
Start your day with a refreshing morning class of mat work with the added challenge of the Magic Circle. The circle adds variety and challenge to mat work exercises, compliments your equipment program and can be your new travel companion.
This class will build on basic mat repertoire and will be open to anyone with previous mat experience. Our regular package rates apply and drop-ins are available space permitting.
