What is it?

Based on the Feldenkrais Method, Awareness Through Movement (ATM)® lessons are lead by the teacher who verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements intended to develop a greater awareness of how you move. The lessons can have a profound positive effect on your ability to act with precision, power, and spontaneity. There are hundreds of lessons, addressing every joint and muscle group in the body and every human function.


Who is it for?

Anyone wanting to enhance the quality of his or her everyday life and activities including:

  • athletes, musicians and dancers,
  • people recovering from injury or pain,
  • anyone who would like to move with ease and elegance.

Who is the teacher?

Kelly Sayler is a Pilates instructor and Feldenkrais Practitioner who has taught ATM classes in California and Vancouver since 2001.
