Discover the challenge and benefits of resistance training on Pilates equipment.

2-3 appointments per week are optimal for:

  • strength and flexibility conditioning
  • structural alignment adjustments
  • maximum performance enhancement

Pilates Equipment programs provide individualized programs on Pilates equipment.  All equipment programs begin with private appointments and progress to supervised group appointments or further private instruction. 

After you have entered the group program, we recommend that you schedule a private appointment:

  • at regular intervals, for program review, including current physical concerns or objectives. 
  • whenever there is a change in your physical status (i.e., injury, pregnancy, etc.)
  • prior to re-entry into group appointments following an extended absence of 4 weeks or more.

Equipment programs can be designed for fitness or exercise rehabilitation.  Our teachers are dedicated to providing consistent and expert instruction using the full repertoire of Pilates exercises and apparatus.

If you are unable to attend at least 2 group appointments per week, you are welcome to book private appointments as available, or to discuss other training options with us.  We can, for example, provide private instruction in Pilates Mat or Pilates Towel to build a portable program that you can practise at home.
